What data

Through the contact form we collect name, phone, email, country, vehicle, availability, type of request, website language and message. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process the data you send us. The website uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools.

Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your request, arranging appointments and preparing quotes: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sending you an automatic confirmation email in your language right after you submit the form: same basis.
• Legal obligations, e.g. tax, if you become a client (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use the data for marketing, we do not sell it and we do not profile.

Who processes it

• Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and form handling.
• Google (Gmail): receiving requests and sending confirmation emails.
• WhatsApp / Meta: only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU and Switzerland; transfers rely on the EU-US (or Swiss-US) Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

How long

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless longer legal obligations apply to clients.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to the email above. You can complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it). If you live in Switzerland, the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) also applies and you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
